  1. I have a 23.976fps DIVX. For quality playback on my stand alone DVD is it best to convert it 29... fps?

And if i do, the sound goes out of sync when playing back on computer. So i haven't bothered wasting a cd. The audio slowly gets further and further ahead of the video. The weird thing is that if i jump to a location on the video it seems to be in sync but then slowly starts going out of sync again.

  2. i've ripped the audio to wav, uncompressed the video. I'm gonna mix it with TMPG when i reencode.

But still do you think i should leave it 23fps or convert to 29 fps. Its a 90 min anime.
