    I edited a videoin sony vega editor. It can be played by sony vega .How can i play it with any dvd player and burn it on
    dvdr.

    You need to export in DVD format (MPEG2 ps) and burn in DVD video format with burning software like Nero. You can't just use the burning function in Windows, if you don't have a burning program use ImgBurn.

    You need to put using the DVD mpeg-2 templates, then author the disc into DVD Video format, then burn it with Imgburn.
