I am kicking myself. I watched a tutorialsome time ago non importing audio to after effects. It said your audio files should be either wav or mp3. I forget which. the tutorial says that one of these formats causes errors when you export.
Can anybody tell me if i should use mp3 or wav?

I havent had issues with either, as long as you ste your output correctly. However i would always suggest using a WAV file if you can. Working with highly compressed formats is never a good idea.
