This is my first attmpt at audio stripping and reMPEGing.

I want to keep as much of the DVD content as possible. After analyzing I determined that by stripping the non-English tracks and a few bonus items it would fit. The DVD has 6 audio tracks: English, Spanish, French, Portugese, commentary1, commentary2. I decided to keep the two commentary tracks.

I ripped the disk using SmartRipper 2.41 in backup mode and then processed the video using reMPEG2 1.52. Next I followed the recipe at http://mpucoder.kewlhair.com/Derrow/strip.html (but set the reMUX boxed checked and supplied the location of the .m2v file). The data was burnt to a RW using Nero 5.5.9.0

The resulting disk plays well. All the bonus items appear to work. However, the audio tracks cannot be selected from their proper place in the menus and I can't switch between audio tracks and subtitles using my DVD player's remote. I can switch to commentary track 1/2 by selecting the Spanish or French language, respectively, from the menu.

What did I miss? Do I need to fiddle with some other setting or processing step in IFOEdit? Do I need to insert empty tracks to re-align the menus and audio tracks?
