Newton said that. Although, I guess just about everyone who has taken physics has uttered the phrase.Originally Posted by dadrab

You're right. Newton thought it up and Einstein expanded upon it.

Could someone take a look at my most recent FAVSC Setup...I have been trying to make my 8 Episode DVDs with the Fastest Encoding possible but whenever I try to burn the VIDEO_TS File it is like 980 MB with 8 Episodes on it and when I try to burn it with IMGBurn I get an Error Message popping up saying...
I get a Yellow Popup that says FIX VTS *Yes or No* and then I get a read popup saying error...
Here is my setup...I am trying to get the fastest encoding speed possible to push out these dvd-rs of One Piece to keep me catching up with the series...
I was able awhile back to just click the bottom Optomised Settings...But I got the error...
Here is my setup..I have a Dual Core Processor...
Anyways here it is I am using the HC Encoder...
Method of Encoding: Predictive Quantization (Optimised selects Constant)
Quality of Encoding: Fast
Constant Quantization Box: Quant Value 6 (Greyed out because of Predictive Quantinzation is selected)
CPU Cores: MulticoreEnc Number 2 (selected as HC Built in now)
Matrix: MPEG
TV Overscan: Unchecked
DC Precision: 8
Bitrate: 8000
Video Resolution: Half-D1
That is my setup now...What changes should I make?? I believe when I tried to just use the Optmised Settings for Speed it start giving me the error message but I was able to make 1 DVD with no issues...
I was able to cut my 2 Hour Waiting time into 1 hour...
How do I get that back without errors??
Please post the Best Setup for Best results at the fastest time. -
The encoding settings look fine. It is the authoring that would produce that error. I have found that from time to time FAVC produces a Video_TS folder that is missing some or all of the required IFO and BUP files. It has happened on different versions, with different sources, and with apparent (at least to me) rhyme or reason. When this happens I just use IFOEdit to create the missing files and they burn and play without a problem.
