    divfix++ divfix110 says its not avi file

    the dam torrent uploader quit just after 60%.

    Probably, AVI file not have header (at beginning file).
    Then any application can't recognize file type.

    Without header and A/V info, can't view this file.

    Try VLC. If VLC can't open/read it, then it is trash and you shouldn't waste anymore time with it.
