  1. Hello, I have a laptop, and when I put some burner video DVD... does not play, on windows media player says: unknown DVD... what could be???. Happens with every disc.

  2. Do retail store bought DVD's have the same problem?

    Try updating to the latest firmware for your DVD model

    Check to see if the disc is clean (i.e. no lint, smudges)

    If these are your burnt DVD's what brand/make of DVD's and what software was used to burn?

  3. Burned/new, happens with every disc... Maybe I should try another player.. I will see.., My dvds are good quality. I used Nero for burned them.

    Have you tried other media player like VLC? Another thought, how old is this laptop? Some older models one can only read DVD ROM, not DVD-R.

  5. It reads well, I can see the vob files, is just I can play them, but I am downloading just now a new player... I will tell you in a few minutes how went.
