Where does the .bin come from?

Hi im using VCD Easy and i D/L a .mpg format movie from Kazaa(ready2burn). When it says output bin file source what do i put in for that?
I have the movie in .mpg but not the bin file, how do i get it?

It is the temporarily output data, the image that vcdeasy creates from the mpg
