I got a pany cam about 4 years ago. It was fine but lately the picture is grainy. I don't know if it is needed any clean up? I tried to clean outside the len but still. Any advices?

Edit to add more info: Either connect directly to the tv or burn to dvd, the play back was clear but now grany
