    Hey,

I recently encountered a problem- Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0 stopped working when it used to work fine for me. Now, when I open it and open a project or chose a new one, the screen comes up and it immediately says there has been a "Serious error" and it needs to close, without further information. Any suggestions/tips/common known solutions for this? Thanks,

I tried that already and I got the exact same results as before, but thanks for the advice.

I assume it is Premiere that is giving you the error? Have you tried the Adobe forums? Any other changes to your system lately?

Yep, it's Adobe, since WMM works fine...well, as fine as could be expected I mean. No big system changes I can think of, though I recently defraged my harddrive and uninstalled the DivX codec. I did reinstall DivX, to see if that was the problem but no change, and I doubt it was the defrag. I didn't know Adobe had forums though, I'll check there now. Thanks!
