    Which programs and exactly how?

    I have a VIDEO_TS folder, and a AUDIO_TS folder. Please I really need this done soon!


    How can I burn them onto my DVD-Rs!!!

    Imgburn. Mode -> Build. Select the Video_TS folder. Imgburn will do the rest.

    Make sure you set your burner as the output device, not an ISO file.

    when i format the .avi file to DVD format using WinAVI, it outputs as two folders. VIDEO_TS, and AUDIO_TS. The AUDIO_TS folder has no files in it, does that mean its not needed?

    It's meant for digital audio, but not used most any time for a DVD. Just burn the VIDEO_TS folder. However WinAVI's not a great converter, so good luck. A very few older players may object to the missing AUDIO_TS folder, but I haven't included them for several years.

    Imgburn is smart enough to include the Audio_TS folder if it exists when you tell it to burn a Video_TS folder. No need to add it manually.
