How do I burn DVD ready .mpg files as a video DVD?

I have a few .mpg files that somebody created from an old VHS tape. They said they are "DVD ready mpeg files". Media info says they are Mpeg video version 2.

I would like to burn these as a video DVD. What would be the best way to this to avoid quality loss? Do I need to do any type of conversion or can they simply be remade into the proper format without any video converting? I don't need any menus , I just want the video to be the highest possible quality.

As long as the clips sizes add up to less than the capacity of the DVD you are using...."authoring" does not introduce any quality loss. DVDFlick is probably one of the easiest to use.

DVDFlick worked perfectly. I saw it mentioned elsewhere but I thought it would re-encode and lose quality, but I see there is an option to simply copy the mpeg-2 video without re-encoding. Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you.
