    I need to get two movies onto a single DVD with a link to each from a root menu and further author-in chapter control individually for each movie

    Can this be done with this program?

    Yes.

    You can have multi VTS with multiple videos on each VTS just so everything on one VTS has the same specs. Each VTS can have different specs from the other though.
