I recently burned some .MPG and .MOV Music videos I D/L. I used Tost 5.0 Titanium, I selected Video Cd in the "other box" burned at 4x onto a 700mb CD-R. i then put it in my VCD capible Samsung DVD player. While playing it would have white lines through it, as if i were watching TV and had a bad signal. Can any one help? thanks.![]()

I solved the prob. i noticed while watching some of the vids. that it seemed when there was a bass beat that the picture got more distorted. while i was messwing around with the VCD options, i found a volujme control. i was just messing round with it and found that at the lower the vloume there was little or no distortion, while at full blast it was alomost un veiwable.
Does sny one know why? -
