  2. Didn't I already tell you how? Open the DVD in PGCEdit, double-click the video with the ILV, hit "Del Angles" at the bottom of the new screen, and follow the instructions from there.

  4. Well, I don't have any multi-angle DVDs on the hard drive on which to test, so I don't know what it says or recommends. After doing it in PGCEdit, I would guess you then process in VobBlanker, but I'm not really sure.

Anyway, if you're having problems, IFOEdit can also do the job. Here's a guide:

  6. Haven't we been through all this before? VobBlanker is giving you that error because (I think) you didn't give the video any chapters when authoring in Muxman. To give it chapters, you load the celltimes.txt in Muxman in File->Import Chapters. And what was the Muxman error?

Remove/delete the last line/frame number in the celltimes.txt and try again. If it gave you that error, then it didn't complete the mux, and you have nothing good to give to VobBlanker.

  10. I think I managed to do this with the latest version of VobBlanker (2.1.2.0) which comes with del_angles.exe

First I ripped DVD with Ripit4me

Then I opened del_angles.exe and dragged the particular .ifo (for example VTS_10_0.IFO) for the film into the del_angles box and pressed OK

Then I opened VobBlanker and loaded the VIDEO_TS.IFO for the DVD (that was ripped to the hard drive).

I got a warning about the ILV and that the part with it would not be processed and be marked "SKIP".

I ignored the warning and and changed the setting from "Skip" to "Process" for the VTS relating to the film.

I then hit PROCESS! to start reprocessing the files.

The resulting processed files seemed okay.

I then used AutoGk to back up the film and it worked fine on the VobBlanker processed files - right length and audio in synch. (Previously, AutoGk had problems with the multi-angle and sputtered in spots - the video was around 10% longer than it should have been and the audio got out of synch.)

However I did have some problems using Subrip on these files. I think some subs went missing or something because the length of the subtitle file was about 20 minutes shorter than the length it should have been.
