    just got the burner and nero does not reconize it at all wwhat do i need to do?

    5.5.18 nadn the software that comes with it say it does not reconize it either can you help. the only change i made was from master to slave when i install could that be a problem. i did that because i replaced it with my dvd -rom and it was set to slave

    Upgrade to Nero 5564. I have used it with my new Pioneer 104 and it works perfectly.
