trend micro is picking up a trojan when i try to download avicodec. is this normal? is my antivirus freaking out over nothing? or is this known to have a trojan

I downloaded it on my eMac G4 and passed the file off to jotti's online scan. It comes back clean, and jotti reports that it had been scanned before.
I did not at all like all the funny redirects Softpedia gave me though.
It's here on putfile for you if you like.
