Hi, anyone knows how I can extract certain audio track/language from a multi track WMV file?

Windows Media Encoder (from MS) comes with utilities, incl. Stream Editor. This can demux/extract/remux to a new WMV/WMA/ASF file with only the desired streams.
Note: it does NOT demux/extract to raw streams or to AVI, etc.

Use Windows Media Encoder Utilities, Stream Editor. It can demux the audio to a wma.
edit: i'm too slow....
