    I am able to load DIVX avi files in TMPG and convert them but i dont knwo what i loaded to allow that.. i am trying to do it on 2 computers at once.. i have loaded all the divx codecs... does anyone know what pluging or what ever i need to use to alow tmpg to open them?

    Have you tried the Environmental Settings, VFAPI Plug-in and changeing the priority of the various ones (notable the DML one).

    Otherwise what is the error you get?

    unable to open or unsupported.. and yes i have tried that too.. :( wierd it works on this computer..

    i figgured it out.. i loaded the divx 3.11 codec then the divx 5 codec.. that did it.. actually the nimo codec had it all..
