Mpeg Layer 3 Encoder??

Im trying to find a mpeg layer III ecoder but cant seem to find one. i tried lame 3.98 but i cant seem to install it. it doesnt have the LameACM as it use to where i can right click n push install, any help? thanks

also do i need other programs or things to properly use the audio encoder?

How to install LAME ACM MP3 Codec :

- Uncompress the files from archive, right-click on the "LameACM.inf" file and select Install.
- You may encounter a prompt saying: "The software you are installing for this hardware... has not passed Windows Logo testing..."; click on the Continue Anyway button.

Thanks jimmalenko but the LameACM.inf isnt even in the folder

If you follow the link I provided, it is. I just downloaded the zip file myself !!!
