    i've been having problems with a few of my video files. sometimes i cannot fast forward through the video- i have to watch it in real time. there are also some video files that i forward through, but it seems like it takes a while for the audio to "catch up" with the video portion. this occurs with any of my media player programs (windows media player, media player classic). any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Short of re-encoding, there isn't much you can do.
