I'm using Tmpg12g with some templates I downloaded from the net but when I'm encoding action sequences the quality drops
cause of the big blocks on the screen.
Is there a way of reducing this kind of blockiness?
Maybe increase the number of motion vectors? Help!
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!

hrm...first of all...what type of template you using (i.e. VCD, XVCD, SVCD, etc..) but if u using VCD or XVCD, try switching to SVCD because it has higher resolution than the first 2 formats i just mentioned...also..try increasing bitrate and set motion search accuracy to "high quality (slow)"
