Hi,
I need some QCIF and CIF sequences in YUV420 format (in particular NEWS and AKIYO) for my research and I am unable to find what I need. I went to this site http://trace.eas.asu.edu/yuv/ and they have a lot of sequences but unfortunately, they do not give information about the sampling rate.
Any leads would be helpful. I am particular about the sampling rate since my work is on temporal concealment and it makes a difference.
Thanks !!

I think some of them are mirrored here

If you use rawsource in avisynth, it will also give you the frame rate for the .y4m sequences, but I'm not sure how accurate it is. Both Aikyo and News are listed as 29.97 fps
If you read the readme text file, both are listed as 60 for the frequency, and that suggests they are from NTSC 60Hz regions. Therefore, the 29.97 fps might make sense.
