making a menu for vcd

I'm looking for easy software to make menu's for my VCD cd-rom.
Can someone help me??

the VCD standard do not offer menu features.
Only SVCD does.

Anyway, few weeks ago, someone write about a program from Roxio that was able to create menu under VCD.

Hi, britney!
Take a look at the column to your left. Click Author and you'll find info about VCD menu making. TSCV, VCD Composer and VCD Wizard are three freeware proggies that will make menus for your vcd (with a little help from you, of course). They say VCDEasy does, too, but I haven't tried.
