What are the best ways i could use to get around bad camera footage that is when the camera is moving all around the place.

try the free deshaker for virtual dub
seems to work well -
VirtualDub has a filter that might help: http://www.guthspot.se/video/deshaker.htm I've never had much luck with it, though. Lots of other VD filters available at http://neuron2.net/
