    I want to add a new chunk to an already exizting avi file, for adding supplememtary data, which i hav to read afterwards.

    can anyone help me how can i do that, preferably in Matlab or C.

    moreover if anyone can tell me about adding invisiblle watermarks into avi file...

    There was a thread here a while back that talked about adding custom data into video files using a hex editor and then reading it back out - I guess you could class this as an invisible watermark.

    Tried google ?
