Unusual VirtualDub Error -

Copy mode. Full Processing mode is recommended to decompress or recompress

Any time I open Divx/XVI Avi file, I get the above error Message.

I am using VirtualDub 1.6.14

I reinstalled Divx/Xvid/Lame MP3 Codec still get the error.

That's not unusual, it's fairly common with DL'd Xvids from the net. Follow VD's instructions or look here: https://www.videohelp.com/virtualdubaudio.htm
