Is there product that can send video in a PC to a USB2 port and convert it to S-video or composite video for displaying on a TV?

No you need a video card with a video out port. You can get one really cheap on an auction site if you're not going to use it for high powered gaming. Than you can use a svideo cable and a ysplitter to get the line out from your soundcard to the tv/vcr.

I am still looking for a solution that would allow me to view video on a TV from an HP s7320n.

I'm at work, but PM me on this. I might have an inexpensive alternative that you'll probably find with just as good as or better quality than what you're looking at. The video cards you were looking at are primarily for running video from a source into your PC, not Really the other way around. though the AIW cards do support a nice video out function via composite or S/Video. I have a box I haven't used in a while and can't remember the name, but it worked great for displaying video from my PC onto a 36" television clearly, and the monitor at the same time. It didn't need the monitor connected, but the port is on it and available for use.
