  1. I can save the menu I've created with DVD Menu Studio in Project file format *.rdw OR jpg OR png OR bmp format..
    Which one should I choose?
How do I link it with a video file? ( Which app??)

DVD Menu Studio is for creating the menu layout and graphics. It does not author DVDs. If you save your work as a project file (.mnu ?), then you can import it into DVD Lab (Studio/Pro). This is the logical partner for DVD Menu Studio as they are written by the same guy/company. I don't know of any other authoring tool that reads them.

Personally, I use photoshop to do this instead.

  3. OK .. I figured I'd use DVD Lab pro instead ( for the menu too) .. but tell me.. DVD Lab pro accepts only VOB files???
EDIT: I'll use the vobs and subs which VSO CovertXtoDVD provided into DVD Lab

No. DVD Lab Pro takes DVD compliant files. It won't convert AVI files etc into DVD compliant files for you. If you choose to use VOBs, I suggest you let DVD Lab Pro demux them when it asks.
