CD-Rw buring problem

I have some old 650mb CD-RW disks I got in Compusa some time ago.

When I try to burn a 350 iso file on the disks on my Plextor PX-712A using
Nero Express I get an error "illegal disk"

When I check the disk using Nero Express I get "disk has no mrw format"

Is there any way I can use these disks?

Sounds like you are trying to burn using Mt. Rainier format on discs which aren't formatted to accept this format. You'd need to format the disc first in order to use this burning feature.
