Virtualdubmod, streams, select stream, right-click, interleaving, add delay (can be + or -). Save out again with direct stream copy.

(Note: doing a heavy 3D render at the moment, so can't open Vdub to confirm steps. They will be close, but perhaps not 100%)

Make sure you set video to direct stream copy under the video menu or it will re-encode. The default is uncompressed, hence the size. It was the final step in my (very) brief instructions.

Save out again with direct stream copy.
I needed more detail to tell you where this setting was.

You don't need to save every time to check the result of your adjustment. Just play the file in the main screen, adjust as necessary until you get it right, then save a final copy.

    1. Streams -> Streams List. Right-click and choose Full Processing Mode. Highlight the audio stream, right-click Compression. Set it to either uncompressed wav, if you intend to use it later for authoring, or MP3 CBR. Save Wav.

    2. Once this is done, while still in the stream list, click Add and browse to the new audio file. Click OK. Highlight it in the list, and move it to the top using the Move Up button.

    3. Highlight the original audio track, and click on Disable.

    4. Right-click and set to Direct Stream Copy. Also make sure Video is Direct Stream Copy

    5. File->Save as an give it a new name.

Before step 5, make sure you have sync by playing it back.
