the first week my burner was a bit quiet...Now every often....it will make buzzing sounds then quiets down again....Is this normal?
I did use a different type of disc...at first i used 8x disc and now im using 16x disc...my usb is 1.1 port..

Buzzing sounds seem normal and harmless enough by themself. But how did you get in your burner to make them? That's what I'd like to know.

The "buzzing" you are referring to, is most likely just noise from the disc spinning at high speed.

No, it's not good. That usually means the disc is wobbling a lot. What kind of blank media are you using?
