Hi, when I burn a vcd with ezcd 5.0 it will not play in my ati player 7.0. It says it doesnt support video cd 2.0. So, I turn the .mpg into a .bin file with vidimg and theres the option for vcd 1.1,2.0 or svcd. I chose 1.1, burn it with cdrwin, and it works fine in the ati player. What advantages does the 2.0 have over the 1.1? Am I losing any compatibility or features by choosing 1.1? Thanks.

Read the manual to VCDImager.
VCD2.0 allows for menus and a lot of interactivity to be authored. VCD1.1 doesn't. Furthermore, VCD1.1 doesn't officially support PAL.
