    Hi,

    I have .wmv files that I wanted to put on the DVD so I used TMPGEnc 3.0 Express to convert to .mpg. When I try to add file, I get a message saying “Cannot open file…”. Any idea what is causing this problem and how to get around this? Should I use some other tool?

    I can play these .wmv files on PC using windows media player. These wmv files are licensed and I have the license.

    They are protected ... and I've had the same problem ... I use to reroute them out of my video card to a DVD Recorder ... but quality was lousy ... I stopped doing that
