  1. I imported a video that I TiVo'ed. I copied the video to my computer with TiVo To Go, then used DirectShowDump to get rid of the restrictions. I then imported it into Premiere Pro 1.5, where my stage is 720x480. I just noticed that the imported vide is 352x480. But in reality, the video is 640x480. Even if I set the stage to 640x480, the video is still squished. But if I import other files, they appear at their normal resolution. Forgive me if I'm using the wrong term, but 'stage' is the correct term for Macromedia Flash.

    352 x 480 is half D1 for NTSC. Perhaps it was cptured at half-D1, or converted along the way. Put the latest version of G-Spot on it to confirm.

  3. I can open the video in Windows Media Player (9) and it plays fine; 640x480.
