i'm so sorry if there had already been a topic about this, but i can't seem to find or see it anywhere.
is there a program use to cut scenes from a video? like jsut to cut a certain scene.. because i want to wrap up some part together.. but i don't know how.. thanks..
is there also a software to put all the scenes together withough pausing per scene like per 1/2 seconds cuz on Windows Movie Maker, it does that.. and it's not really that good. thanks.. the software is free though right? thanks in advance!!(:

Assuming MPEG video, as in a DVD.....You can do that with a MPEG video editor. Might take some experimenting to get the effect you want.
If you look in 'Tools' to the left <<<, you can find two main types, Basic and Advanced. The Advanced ones are pricey, the basic ones will do most of what you want. Transitions and effects are mostly with the more expensive ones. Most versions of either have a limited trial version, so you can 'test drive' them.
If you look at the page for the individual editors, you should see some guides near the bottom that may give you a better idea of what they can do.
You can still do some professional editing even with the inexpensive editors, just takes more work and more studying.
