I am having problems with folder2iso, what other apps can take audio_ts folders and make them into.iso images for burning with decrypter?

EDIT: I did a search here and found imgtool, cheers videohelp.

    Baldrick,i have a problem:

I use diko to convert to dvd and it gives me back an iso image and a video_ts file containing .ifo, .vob, .bup files, when i burn back the iso file with decrypter everything works well but sometimes it is nesessary to edit the ifo files with ifoedit to set the video flags. I do this and then create an iso with folder2iso and burn back with decrypter, when i do this my movie jumps where the vobs would meet on the disc. I used imgtool burn to put the vobs into a nero image and burned with nero, this time the burned disk played back with part of the left and right of the screen missing, this also happens when i use vsocopytodvd to burn.

So my problem in a nutshell is this.
    1) I can alter video flags, create an iso(folder2iso) and burn with decrypter. Result: Disc jumps but has correct aspect ratio.

    2) Alter video flags, create image with imagetool burn, burn with nero. Result: Video is in wrong aspect ratio.

    3) Alter video flags, burn vobs to disc with vso copytodvd. Result: Video is in wrong aspect ratio.

I don't have to manually adjust the flags on the movie i am currently working on but i have another movie file that i will need to correct and so i need to resolve this issue.

In imagetool burn the file system flags ticked are UDF and ISO 9660, JOLIET and MODE2 are left unchecked, if that helps, though i doubt it.

    EDIT
I downloaded the wrong version of image tool, am downloading image tool classic now. Will post back.

Downloaded image tool classic, converted vobs to iso image, burned with decrypter, wrong aspect ratio, parts of the titles are missing on left and right of screen.

Problem solved, instead of dropping the entire VIDEO_TS folder into an .iso i first joined the vobs together into one large file with vobmerge, put it into a VIDEO_TS and created an .iso from this folder with folder2iso, burned to disc with decrypter and now there is no jump in the movie where the .vob files have been merged.
