I am tring to get the avi dvd rip of peter pan into svcd. I am at the first step. Here is what I am following http://www.vcdhelp.com/avitovcdfoolproofusingcce/ I am on step 5 it says "In video go to filters and press add and choose resize filter" when I do that the filter button is blacked out. how can I get this up blacked out?
