    I make ski movies and i have seen in some profesional movies a pritty cool thing that they do. They put a still picutre up on the screen for a few seconds. Instead of it being stationary it is moving and sometimes zooming in and out. I use a PC system with adobe premier pro and i was wondering if there was a good way to do it with premier?

    transform filter with some keyframes. Give it a shot, indeed a cool trick.
