Export the Maya render to a video file. Import the video file into Premiere.

Don't use Maya, but it should be able to export image sequence. You can then import image sequence into Premiere Timeline.

i'm only using maya because the person who made the vid uses it, how else will i make the effects can anyone recommend a better program?
also for maya, how do i render and stuff, i made an animation but this program is slightly difficult to handle. Any place where i can get video tutorials? -
Maya is rather expensive software. If you own it, it comes with a book, and I know for a fact the export process is described in the manual.
