how to remove the italic or bold tag in the subtitle?

Hi
i used subtitle workshop to create srt files and then use srt to ssa convertor to convert srt to ssa.

But after encoding the subtitles using virtualdub. i noticed some of the subtitles got the tag <i > or < /i > and the subtitles are not in italic
how to remove them the tags?

Open the file in notepad, press Ctrl+H to open the replace dialogue and then replace and with nothing.
