I want to remove the subtitle / rle / 0x20 stream (can be seen in various apps including MediaInfo where First Text Stream says RLE), because the digital video camera added the recording time as subtitle and it's redundant since the DVD player can display it as well.

I tried several programs but all of them give different output files (with default settings).

VobBlanker: I can remove a subpictures stream (tab) when I click 'Strip' in 'PGCs in Selected TitleSet'.
IfoEdit: 'VOB Extras' -> 'Strip Streams' and remove SubPicture 1 in the 'Stream List' window.
DVD Shrink: 'Re-athor' and dragging the file to the compilation and turning off the 'Unspecified' in 'Subpicture' under 'Compression Settings'. Whenever I use DVDDecrypter in IFO mode I can enable 'Stream Processing' and turn off the 0x20 - Subtitle stream, but then DVD Shrink cannot handle the created VOB file.

I tried the original VOB files (some are split up into 8 parts of 80 mb by the digital videocamera for example) but also the merged VOB files by TMPEnc DVD Author 1.6 (also removed some frames in TMPEnc DVD Author 1.6) and they do not
generate the same output files (different sizes, so content does not match either).

I imported the merged files into DVD Lab 2.50 without changes and created output files but then only MediaInfo says there is an RLE/subtitle stream (the others do not) while the file sizes did not change. That's wierd too I think?

What's the advice (and tool) to keep most information and just remove the subtitle stream?

    Thank you in advance,
