I have just make a 2 disc SVCD using DVD2SVCD and it created cue files, that i now have burned with cdrwin 4.0A beta. But it wont play, and if i look on the disc in my computer i see no files on it.
What can be wrong?

Are you using a cracked verison of CDRWIN? Cracked verisons are known to burn coasters
I would try burning the bin/cue files w/ CDRDAO instead (it's freeware). CDRDAO is a command line program, so you might want to get a GUI for it.
TSCV and VCDEasy use CDRDAO. But for just normal burning XDuplicator is a good GUI. Do a google search for both programs (or check out http://www.doom9.org)
NOTE - the cue files from DVD2SVCD can't be read by all programs. You might need to edit the first line to DOS 8.3 nomenclature. eg:
File "C:\My Doucuments\My Videos\American Pie.bin" Binary
change to
File "C:\mydocu~1\myvide~1\americ~1.bin" Binary -
Thanks for your ansver.
Is cdrwin know to mess upp if it cracked?
I have VCDeasy, but can i just burn cue files with that? Dont i also add chapters and stuff? I just want to burn it. I have looked at doom9 and there in a guide there is a program called fireburner that burns cue files, do you know if thats a good program?
I will also check out XDuplicator.

cdrWIN is poor ! If you crack the version, it burns toasters and after a while it will crash the aspi-drivers in your os, so even other burners wont work either, even telling you your burner is broken (it even might be like that!).
Better use CDRdao, the best I believe for cue/bin. You only need to have ASPI installed propperly at your system. If you don't have any scsi in your system, this might become a problem while the aspi of adaptec only will install itself if there is scsi or a former aspi-layer of adaptec already at the system.
There exists tricks to force to install aspi anyway (VCDwizard explains them for w9x, wME and w2k). As soon aspi is installed, CDRdao works great (at any speed) and always DAO (which is important for (s)vcd). -

To eash his/her own, I guess. -
CDRWin is a good program but it has problems. The last time I checked it didn't support over burning (IIRC that included 80min CDRs but I'm sure they fixed that by now).
CDRDAO allows me to read/write raw and set the sector size myself. You don't really 'need' this feature but it's good to havePlus it's free.
