    Did you read what I said re: DVD COMPLIANCE ???

    Your Video stream AND your Audio stream MUST comply to the DVD standard. Your audio must be 48KHz instead you have 44.1KHz

    You need to at least re-encode your Audio track....

    No, scratch that - Delete your VOBs and start again using TmpgEnc using MPEGII DVD settings - should not take more than 2-3 hours.
