Idunno. All I want to do is take a video and convert it into whatever the PSP is actually capable of playing, at the highest quality it is able to utilize. I've grabbed PSP Video 9, which is an astonishingly bloated and non-configurable piece of work. Video format "old" or "new"? That's a trifle ambiguous. Shrug.
I can create a 480x272 video myself. I'd be happy to. I just need to know how I can turn that into something the PSP can deal with.
And by _strong_ preference, I'd like to force 60 (or 59.94) fps, whichever the PSP is capable of playing as video. Otherwise, most of the point of using the PSP is missed, and the NDS will be reviewed for preference. I know the PSP can display 60fps. But PSP Video 9 doesn't seem to think it can.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!
