Ok so this might be a dumb question but I just ask it ANYWAY just to be sure..
I was wondering.. IF I have an avisynth script that would have some filters that require yv12 colospace... Do I need the converttoyv12() LINE in the script AT ALL If I'm doing -XVID- to DVD??
BECAUSE isn't YV12 already xvid's DEFAULT color output??![]()

Yes, you would only need the conversion if your source was not YV12.
The script will tell you if it's needed by throwing an error when you start the encoding.
