    finished burning some vcds with nero 5.5 but the movies are terribly blurry and dark , nero encoded them , is there anyway to fix these issues?

    Start with this.

    DO not under any circunstances let NERO encode your movies! Its a great app for burning, but sucks eggs at encoding.

    Use TMPEGnc instead.
