ATI TV Wonder pro dual monitor support

I had this card in a older computer and it worked fine except for the fact that it would not work on my second monitor. Dragging the TV display to the second monitor would throw the PC into a warm boot as soon as I released the mouse button in the other display to drop the TV. No warning... just bam!

I have since built a new computer and all drivers are current as well as all the ATI Pro software. I decided to try again thinking that maybe there were problems with my old system. I first tested without the second monitor enabled and had no problems. I then enabled it and the TV display froze needing a ctrl-alt-del to shut it down manually. After that I could not launch any of the ATI Pro apps at all even with the other monitor disabled. I was forced to re-install the ATI Media Center software to get it working again. So.... has anyone had success getting this card to work on dual monitors?
