    I am trying to cut and join portions of a DVD (vobs ripped to my harddrive). I want to keep the multiple languages and subtitles all intact with the video, and I don't want to change bitrates or lose any of the DVD quality, but I don't realy know where to start.

    I am not sure what program to try using or anything.
