    PAL is used in Japan or U.S.A, and how to determine a MPEG is PAL or NTSC??

    PAL = 25frames per second
    NSTC if 23.976 or 29.976 frames per second

    PAL is used in europe
    NSTC in America and japan

    Check these mpeg information readers, they tell you if its PAL or NSTC
